Market data is not loading
Confirm that your device has an active internet connection, then close and reopen Penny Search.
If the problem continues, market data may be temporarily unavailable. Try again shortly and report the affected screen and ticker symbol if the issue persists.
How do I restore Penny Search Pro?
Open Penny Search, go to Settings, select the subscription area, and choose Restore Purchases.
Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, and choose Penny Search.
After cancellation, Pro access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Why do I see fewer stocks on the free plan?
The free version provides a limited preview of selected market results. Penny Search Pro unlocks the complete available lists and premium features shown in the app.
The app is not behaving correctly
- Close and reopen Penny Search.
- Check for an app update in the App Store.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Confirm that iOS is up to date.
If the issue remains, send the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot when possible.
